It is difficult to leave the ocean -- early this morning we see the first glimpse of sun we seen for seemingly days - well, at least on the ocean in the warm humidity of Puerta Veijo.
Today we learn to our disappointment that due to Hurricane Otto, we cannot go to Bocas Del Toro. We rally and in our small van we happily, merrily navigate the 5-step process of crossing the border and then the 8-hour trip to Bosquet.

To our credit, no one complains and we all amuse ourselves- a few bottles of duty free gin and rum purchased at the border crossing help!
