This last day in Panama City, I join a group (find a hop on and hop off bus at a very large mall/bus station) and then leave them after first stop and complete tour on my own.

I hop off in Casco Veijo and wander on my own. I revel in exploring alone after these last 16 days of choosing to immerse myself in a group experience.
Back to Cafe Sucre where I sat for a coffee on my last visit. This experience is equally fine.

In the evening, the diarrhea is back but I elect for one more group experience- to lean into the unknown. We taxi this time to Casco Veijo as it is pouring again. Diablo. Great fun. So glad I elected to go. The rice works wonders and the next day of traveling not one episode of an erratic digestive system. :-)
I have experienced leaning into the wind/ the unknown and being supported by the universe.
Bye Central America. We shall meet again.
